The time has come! The December 17, 2023 deadline has passed. All organizations over 50 employees must have updated their whistleblower procedure according to the Whistleblower Protection Act and have designated an independent person to receive and/or follow up on reports.
Are you covered by Wwft? Then you must comply with the Wbk. Accountants too. Regardless of the number of employees.
Until now, we didn't hear much from accountants, notaries, tax consultants, administration firms and real estate brokers about the Whistleblower Protection Act. They must all comply with this regardless of the number of employees. What about information from industry associations?

The House for Whistleblowers and MKB-Nederland will work together to help SME entrepreneurs comply with the Whistleblowers Protection Act. About half do not yet have a reporting system, even though it is mandatory. Industry associations can help with this. The Integrity Coordinator supports industry organizations in this effort.
