On LinkedIn, the president of the House of Whistleblowers recently published an article indicating that a report about a culture of fear can be a whistleblower report. Then employees would also be allowed to disclose that in certain cases.

Recently, the European Commission confirmed that small organizations may also share resources for their whistleblowing procedures. Thankfully, this can reduce the burden on SMEs.
