The next Whistleblower Protection Act course will take place on Sept. 27. The course is designed primarily for Ethics & Compliance Officers and Integrity Coordinators. However, we find that he is also of interest to HR managers, fiduciaries, auditors and researchers. In addition, we are increasingly allowed to provide customized in-house training.
On Feb. 18, 2023, the Whistleblower Protection Act went into effect, requiring organizations of 250 employees or more to have updated their reporting procedures. Starting next December 17, this will apply to all organizations of 50 or more employees. However, two key provisions have been postponed for now. Recently, the minister outlined a timeline for entry into force.
