The Integrity Coordinator invites you to a meeting on Monday December 9 from 17.00-18.30 to discuss the grievance mechanism in the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and compare it with the requirements from the Dutch Whistleblower Protection Act.
Mila Herfkens will introduce the grievance mechanism and Geert Vermeulen will introduce the relevant requirements of the Dutch Whistleblower Protection Act.
We will compare the two and start a discussion on how to handle them in the future. Mila will use your input while drafting a report for her study at the Hague University. Once completed, she will share her report with the attendees. The event and the report will be in the English language.
The event is a live event that will take place in Rotterdam at the Erasmus University, Burgemeester Oudlaan 50. After you have registered, we will send you the directions a few days before the event. It will not be broadcast online. Attendance is for free.
