Does your organization have more than 49 employees? Do you need to comply with financial or anti-money laundering laws? According to the Whistleblower Protection Act, an independent person must coordinate the whistleblower procedure. But who is really independent? And does this person know what to do when a report comes in? And how can you launch well-secured (anonymous) oral and written reporting channels? This is quite a challenge for small businesses.
This is why The Integrity Coordinator has worked with industry association Adfiz to develop a facility for Adfiz members. Financial advisors with fewer than 250 employees can take advantage of this. See also the article “Free whistleblower reporting channel for members” on the Adfiz website. On Sept. 18, we launched the reporting channel at Adfiz’s Autumn Event. We were also there with a booth to answer all possible questions. In developing this facility, we owe many thanks to Marc van Westerlaak and Enno Wiertsema, who made it possible.
Would this also be an interesting option for your trade association? If so, please contact us. And even if you are not a member of a partnership, we can offer you a cost-effective solution. Please feel free to contact us about this.
